*Fresh* Sweet Chili Cashew Chicken Sheet Pan

We love sheet pan meals! This one is incredibly flavourful yet so simple. Chicken strips are marinated in a soy and garlic sauce and baked with a mix of broccoli, bell peppers, onion, ginger & celery. The best part about this one is how quick cooking it is. When baked on convection it is ready in under 20 minutes!
