This collection is a product of our passion to make real, nutritious food in the most accessible formats. Both of us have been through our own periods of recovery in recent years - Louise having a hip replacement and Palmer having two births. We know first hand how important it is to set yourself up for periods of recovery.

Our recovery collection includes delicious and nutritionally balanced meal options. They are: accessible to prepare, easy to digest, high in fibre and protein and low in sugar.
